To ensure I can best accommodate all guests, I kindly ask for at least 48–24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service total. Please arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your service to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other guests time.
